Processing Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. This excludes weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience!

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination. Your selected shipping speed applies once the parcel has been packed and picked up by the carrier. Please allow for extra shipping days over holidays, as delays can be experienced.

We currently do not ship internationally, but it is in the works!

Sale Price Protection

As a small company, we currently do not offer price protection for orders placed before our sales start

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wildorangeapothecary.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, please do not ship back your damages item(s) and email us at hello@wildorangeapothecary.com, as we do not accept returns of opened or used items. We will replace items if they are damaged or defective.
